"I purchased a BX2660 tractor, front loader, scraper, snow plow blade. I have had nothing but good things to say about the sales personel, service mechanics and the parts department. l even purchased a used post hole digger. When I discovered it was not up to snuff, the store obtained the necessary parts to make it right, in effect giving me a brand new post hole digger. "Larry, The new mowing set up works great. It made my time mowing the trail enjoyable and SAFE. I don't have any worries about it breaking down or if the brakes will stop or any of the things that we dealt with before. "I want to thank Parsons Tractor for helping Rails to Trails of Northwest Montana for over 17 years. They have donated many hours of equipment use, helped advise us on how to pick up rocks, mow tough weeds and grass, stored our equipment, fixed our donated equipment, unloaded/loaded the fiberglass bridges, and given us lots of help for so many little(big) things that come up. Taking care of a trail is a big deal and they have helped us in understanding and caring for our trail. They have mostly gone unrecognized and I want to thank them for their community support. "

"I am a 57 year old woman working a 7-horse, 54-acre farm all alone. This year I traded in my John Deere compact utility tractor and purchased a Toolcat work machine. It has far surpassed my expectations and I couldn't be happier. Ironically, I learned about the Toolcat from my 3-year old grandson who is crazy about heavy equipment and he had a brochure featuring the Toolcat and it seemed to be the perfect piece of equipment for a small farm. It's incredibly versatile and amazingly strong. Best of all, I feel safe in it; it's stable and it's heavy. Add to that the luxury of being in an enclosed cab with heat and A/C and there's nothing out there that can touch it. I know you probably invented it for construction guys and all their tasks, but let me tell you, on my farm, it's better than a hired hand - besides which, it doen't talk and I don't have to pay it. The hydraulic dump bed is to die for, and the fact that I can now rent things like a tiller and an auger means I don't have to buy that stuff, maintain it, and find a place to store it. I'll bet you didn't plan on the Toolcat being a great "girl" tool but let me tell you -- it's the bomb! "

He was very helpful in working with us on our purchase of our new bobcat. He was very helpful in explaining everything on the bobcat and made sure it was the right equipment for the job.
